Our Group Crossfit Coaching program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, which includes members of our military special forces, full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, accomplished athletes, and retired grandparents. Regardless of how you earn an income or your current fitness level, you will benefit from the coaching at District 5.

Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness and sport goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

Power30 is a boot camp style class that lasts 30 minutes from start to finish. This class is designed to help with all areas of fitness for all types of people by using cardio machines (like rowers and bikes), dumbbells and performing body weight exercises.
We offer three classes a week to meet the needs of our clients. Make sure to do one during your free week!
Physical Therapy Collaboration
We have teamed up with Pro-Activity NC and Ali Hartman, DPT, to create an innovative physical therapy program and help keep you guys feeling 100%. Below is a quick rundown of how this will benefit your body and your wallet.
Clinically trained as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Ali has a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human body and the value of caring for it in all capacities. Specializing in Prevention & Health Promotion, performance, and the management of the industrial and fitness athlete alike, Ali most enjoys helping others achieve their best, in whatever capacity that means to them. In her spare time, she is an avid CrossFitter, runner, equestrian, and adventure seeker.
